I didn't get to the blog yesterday, but it was too awesome to skip!

For outdoor learning, we went on a leaf walk. Next week we will be doing leaf reports, so we collected our "specimens" 😊

We visited Rainbow Dash. We looked up from underneath and made some observations about the leaves.

Rainbow Dash's leaves have spots on them. It's called "tar spot". It's not good for tree, but not too bad either. Kind of like when we get a mosquito bite. It's not good for us - but not too bad.

We noticed all different coloured leaves.

We found some bark. Look at the beautiful patterns the insects made. Sadly, although it is beautiful it is really bad for the tree.

We all took time to look at the bark.
